Whole30. Yeah. Round 2. Done this before. NBD. Sort of.
I’m definitely not as prepared this time around, but I know what it will take and I’m in for the 30 days…because I want to do it and because boyfriend knows I’m doing it (therefore I can’t fail).
So. Day 1:
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with sausage, spinach, and avocado
Lunch: spinach salad with mandarin oranges, pickled onions, and chicken
Snack 2 (I know, I know): apple with almond butter and coconut
Dinner: WF rotisserie chicken, pepper slices, and mashed sweet potato
Thoughts: Daylight savings time plus jet lag is kicking my butt. I’m tired/worn out, and have been on the go for DAYS (and still been useless!). I’ve had a headache for the past few days too. Definitely trying to up my water intake. Overall, I’m just glad to be back at it, and to step back away from the chocolate.
